Shrimp cocktail

(Loosely adapted from Smitten Kitchen)

2 dozens shell-on shrimps
4 tbs ketchup
1 generous pinch of salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 generous pinch of paprika
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp Sriracha

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Adjust seasonings as necessary. Set aside (cocktail sauce keeps for up to two weeks in the fridge).
  3. In a small sauce pan over medium-high heat, cook shrimps with a pinch of salt and paprika for 1-2 minutes. Let them cool and peel off the shells.
