
On Sunday, the kids prepared brioche, poached eggs, and coffee. 8-year-old made fresh lemonade. 12-year-old made a rhubarb tart. And 11-year-old claimed he was not good at cooking so he gave me some big hugs instead.

The Best Lemonade
Zest and juice of 4 lemons
55 g sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Water and ice (to taste)
- In a jar, mix lemon zest + sugar + salt.
- Add in the lemon juice.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Store in the fridge.
- When ready to use, add water and ice to your taste.
- Note: We use a ratio of 1:3 juice to water.
