My four-year-old’s first Sudoku! All by himself!!!
I am super proud: the boy has my gene! Of course my hubby claims to create his own blog to counter my story. Until then, he can sit back and grumble all he wants… :))))
Purple Cabbage Salad
(Courtesy of grandpa)
For 4 servings
1/4 purple cabbage (finely shredded)
1 1/2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
Cooked shrimps (optional)
Prawn crackers (optional)
Peanuts (roasted, coarsely chopped)
- To make the salad: combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate. It can stay fresh for 3-4 days.
- To make a fancy appetizer: divide the salad in 4 serving plates, arrange prawn crackers around, add shrimps on top, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
